Returns Policy

Please choose carefully we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, we will happily exchange goods within 14 days of purchase provided they are unused, in as new condition and in their original packaging. We are unable to exchange products that have been cut to order such as liner and tubing.

Swan Valley Fish and Lily Farm will not be responsible for postage costs associated with exchange of goods. Please contact us via email or telephone prior to posting items for exchange. The customer is required to pay the actual postage costs for the exchange of goods (ie flat rate shipping rate does not apply).

Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Consumer protection laws are consistent across Australia these laws aim to protect consumers and promote fair trading they apply nationally in all states and territories and to all Australian Businesses.

Warranty claims

Products we offer for sale are covered by "Consumer Guarantees" and "Manufacturers Warranty".

If you wish to view an individual product warranty prior to purchase please contact us directly and we will email or fax warranty detail to you.

For some products the manufacturer may provide a manufacturers warranty that can be extended upon registration (ie where warranty states 2 + 1 year or 3 + 2 year). You must register with the manufacturer or wholesaler in order to obtain this additional warranty, this is a requirement of the manufacturer or wholesaler. Registration is lodged with the manufacturer or wholesaler not with Swan Valley Fish and Lily Farm.

If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from us please contact us directly either by telephone or email outlining the problem with the goods. We will run through a checklist with you and in many cases we may be able to resolve the problem through this process. If we are unable to resolve the problem we will provide you with a claim number prior to return of goods to us.

We require proof of purchase for all warranty claims in the form of the original receipt. Swan Valley Fish and Lily Farm is not responsible for shipping costs associated with return of goods. Please ensure items are sent via registered post as Swan Valley Fish and Lily Farm is not responsible for goods lost in transit.
